Lords correspondence 1: railing against the world

Lord Lucas

We have a large inbox, and no great help in dealing with it. Thoughts on how we should respond welcomed.

This from Japan:

I’ve got serious torture for now.
According to criminal’s thought that United Nations Geral Assembly is under deliberation now for the matter I’ve appealed to let U.S.A or another countries can turn the connection of this torture off.
Is it true? I am just waiting for it.
SOS Please.
Resque me and my family please.

    I expect a lot of what the Lords get is junk/spam mail. What the ISP`s and domain sellers rely on is you just binning/deleting it. This only means the culprits are allowed to continue.

    However there is a better way, an organisation that is active in closing down spam domains. All my spam mail is sent to them, they then chase up the domains and have them closed. Ignoring it is not an option, the bandwidth on the internet is limited and if spam carries on expanding there will be no room for legitimate use.

      I understood that spam was becoming a thing of the past. It certainly is on my system.

      But the trying-to-control(!) numbers game for profit is surely still big business, pixel by pixel.

      If they could charge for e-mail delivery they would.

    He/she certainly needs help, but not the dripping water method surely?

    If so the US president should be informed instantly, and the family res-queued, without delay.

    This is a difficult one, is it not? It would not be human to dismiss it as spam without some feeling of guilt, for amongst a thousand of such messages, one may be genuine, and perhaps a greater proportion.

    Into what bigger picture may this fit? Are other members receiving similar messages? Perhaps it would be appropriate to normally forward such material to a central point where expert minds could be brought to bear?

    Foreign Office? Amnesty International?

    “Railing against the world – ”

    We need to: Global-Economics, Politics, ‘Education’, and Religion by increasingly extincting Earth’s Life-Webs and destroying Earth’s Non-renewable resources, is insidiously sucking us all into a ‘Black-Hole’.

    Some of my previous submissions try to ‘tackle’ these matters without ‘attacking’ individual persons.
    Under Lords correspondence 4 (above) concerning a relatively minor-minor-minor individual-citizen’s necessary lifesupports being shared ‘competitively’ between Australia and Britain.

    Under Lords correspondence 2 war and propaganda; (“) why do greater-wealthy Arab nations seek to annihilate Israel and exterminate all Israelis ? (“);
    this originally longer under Lord Hylton’s post (1101Th01072010) “Text of a letter sent to Israeli Ambassador”

      Identical submitted-posted times ?
      Some no doubt pleased;
      others (poss incl author) somewhat overwhelmed by the ‘implicit-trust’ lime-light.

    Yes! Send all spam to the foreign Office. It is quite the most obvious thing to do, and ask them to deal with it!
