Quiz question

Lord Norton

476061I thought I would pose a quick and straightforward quiz question.  Depending on how quickly it is answered, I may post another over the course of the weekend.

How many women have held the post of Leader of the House of Lords?  Who are they?

Congratulations to Rob, Steph and Croft on identifying the correct number and names. Rob emerges as this week’s winner, getting in just ahead of Steph.

Baroness Young was indeed the first female Leader of the House of Lords. We have since had four female Leaders; indeed, having a female Leader of the House has been the norm since 1997. There has only been one male Leader of the House in that time.
