    On the right side of page 15 and in the middle row is Lord Howe of Aberavon.

    Congratulations to Michael who got in first, and very quickly, with the correct answers. The three peers are indeed Lord Bilimoria (whose business successes include, among other things, creating Cobra beer), Lord Howe of Aberavon (former Deputy Prime Minister, Foreign Secretary and Chancellor of the Exchequer) and the minister, Baroness Vadera.
