Lord Hylton

Asylum Seeker’s Fears

Gathering storms of uncertainty frighten them

as they assemble at the border of prolonged wait for frequently fast unjust decisions.

At the frozen glacier of complex asylum system, they breathe flickering fire.

Their immigration status causes constant panic and fear.

Minute by minute they are petrified by their predicament.

Night is naught as it brings no hope of heroism.

Instead nightmares terrify these sleepless asylum seekers.

Possible detention propels nervousness

as they become scared of being locked like foreign criminals.

They pray unceasingly for the removal flights to be cancelled

because they are deeply horrified to return to their homelands.

They are frightened by prospects of poisonous prisons

where vast hell cannot endure human rights abuses.

Honestly, sanctuary seeking is a journey littered with endless trepidation.

    UK citizens fears.

    1) How will I be able to pay my mothers care bills, her house still owes on mortgage and the place she is in has been found negectful. What shall I do? Immense fear is driving me to thoughts of suicide. What will my elected British government do for me? Can they help me. Can the rest of the world help me?

    2) My father is in hospital and without my knowlwdge they placed him on a killing path brought in by our government, leaving him without food or water to die alone and abandoned. Dehydration and starvation have left him as torn apart as the inmates of Germany’s camps and no one cares. I can’t be there with him night and day, and it terrifies me, I have to work, otherwise I shall be destitute and government has withdrawn the benefits I paid for all my working life. What is the government I voted for doing about me in this terrible time of real terror at the thought of murder by our state NHS? Where do we go now?

    3) I am disabled, born with physical and mental defects and have been told I am fit for work, even though I cannot move my right arm or lift a kettle without aid. I have been in wheelchair since I was five. Who will empoly me? there are no jobs for people with full physical function let alone me, who has difficulties like I do. I am really frightened I am going to be left to starve in the street. Will someone take up my cause?

    4) I’ve lost my job and my wife can’t work any more, she collapsed and doesn’t quaify for assistance from the state nowe, she didn’t pay in enough out of her minimum wage. I’m terrifed, how will I pay the rent now? No more housing benefit they tell me. Government has taken in so many immigrants who take priority in housing, we will never get a safe place to live if we are made homeless. I am beside myself with worry, can’t sleep and don’t know which way to turn. What is my government doing to us? Why won’t they help me, this is not my fault. I am not a scrounger who wants hand outs, I’ve paid taxes all my working life.

    This country doesn’t have the funds to look after its own people who paid for the promised welfare system. And the funds were misappropriated by the government to pay for bankers fraud and to make sure they still get millions of pounds a year in bonuses. Therefore there is no moral compunction to give charity to those from the rest of the aggressive, starving world who feel we owe them some kind of living. A living we cannot provide for those already here. We, who pay our taxes for insurance for our own people’s care when faced with ruin. Those who need it desperately and who are constantly turned away. We are not a bottomless pit for the nations of this world who refuse to take responsibility for their moral duty toward their people, any more than ours do. And we cannot afford to go to war in order to appease all who find their heart is broken by the plight of other clans, rather than for the plight of their own within our borders.

    Yes, it is a tough and heartless world. populatiion.

    And in the central London once flagship hospital. And who mans these hospitals. Anyone care to reseach?

    http://www.telegraph.co.uk/health/elderhealth/9608639/Woman-85-died-alone-after-being-put-on-care-pathway.html

    Who is it running these places? Who is it tending to these patients and why are they not being charged with murder? This is akin to the places in the world thse people who knock for asylum come from. So how will they benefit by being here? Anyone care to answer that?

      One wonders about the wisdom of those who are found dead in the wheel space of aircraft, or who drop out of them at 20000ft. Is it so essential to their life and limb to live here that they are prepared to take such risks, or have they merely drawn the short straw?

    Again, right symptoms, wrong cause.

    They are going to be screwed.

    The reason is that the debts come to trillions. Not the millions. Even GPs have pensions worth millions. Individual GPs.

    The welfare system isn’t anything to do with bankers. It’s to do with politicians.

    The state pensions are to do with politicians, not bankers.

    Next when its discovered that the bankers aren’t to blame for the government black hole, it will be someone else.

    Lets see, Jews? Welfare claimants? Yep, just like the bankers, politicians have a habit of blaming others for their crimes.

    We, who pay our taxes for insurance for our own people’s care when faced with ruin. Those who need it desperately and who are constantly turned away.

    Yep, they gave away those contributions to welfare claimants who didn’t need it on a scale that beggars belief. 172K a year in benefits for some claimants.

    Now the pot is empty, and the claims are rising they will start to blame the claimants.

    After all who is the criminal. Those that asked for and got 172K a year, or those that handed the money out.

      Perhaps this will help your sense of outrage Blagger.

      Here in the very rich borough of Westminster, a female asylum seeker with HIV, along with her baby boy, die from starvation because, we are told, the State refused to feed her quickly enough.

      http://www.ibtimes.co.uk/articles/392225/20121008/uk-border-agency-child-starves-death-eg.htm

      Funny how the Mail doesn’t highlight this on a daily basis. The dead Jimmy Savile sells more papers you see.

      This woman should never have been allowed to enter the UK. Her expectations of lifelong medical care and welfare for her and her children was unfounded. Why was she led to believe the tax payers of this country should fund her whilst they turn away those who are dying and in dire need who are UK nationals?

        18/10/2012 at 11:30 am

        So what’s your analysis of what went wrong and who is to blame?

        Mine is that the state let them in.

        The state let them stay

        The state didn’t remove her from the UK.

        She got pregnant whilst HIV positive. That means unprotected sex.

        Arrived in 2005. Child was 2. That’s 7 years ago. Why didn’t the state remove her earlier?

        In some ways I don’t blame the mother. If you are 2 days from death, with HIV, its likely you have brain damage.

        Was the child protected by the state? Nope.

        Notice the common theme running through it.

        The state failed.

          @Blagger:

          Of course this woman was in no way to blame. How could you even think like that?

          My point was, she was allowed into this country and forced to starve, rather than advising her of the truth about the circumstances of this situation here in respect of her welfare. And that some departments, Westminster one of the richest, being allowed to shy awy from the reality of starvation of women and children here in our midst.

          Perhaps, if this lady had been allowed to know the truth and had been advised she would be better off, either in another country claiming asylum, or, going home where she had managed to survive prior to coming here.

          Your informed story of her seven year term here opens more questions than gives answers to. Who fathered her children? Why wasn’t he hounded in order to make sure he paid for his children’s food? What has happened to him? Is he infecting other women in his area with this dreadful disease and p*****g off when they get pregnant to move on to a new set of phillies?

          However, that aside, the ‘state’ as you call it, are manned by faceless, nameless people, who should be held responsible for the deliberate starvation of this woman and her baby. But, no, the cowards will do a Jimmy Savile cover up and pretend it didn’t happen at all because of their so called errors. What kind of people are now running these services? You would think it was a third world country wouldn’t you?

          And don’t believe that this only happened because this particular lady was an asylum seeker. The same treatment would be and will be, dished out to UK nationals. And probably already is, but under the secrecy mandate we have here, that is growing like wildfire, until there are thousands of them, as there is in the NHS, we will never know about it.

          One other point. Why did she leave Birmingham and come to London expecting another area to pick up the pieces? Who had advised her to do this? What was the draw here? If it was relatives and friends, how did they not club round to keep her and her child from death?

          Bournemouth prom can be a very enjoyable place to meet and greet. I sat and talked to a Brazilian lady a couple of years ago, and it transpired that she had been given a pension
          by the state after catching the said disease
          and the right to remain in the Uk indefinitely.

          In view of the risks of the particular occupation she had been in, in this country, and the syndrome she had contracted, it seemed to me entirely proper that she should be enjoying the sunshine and other ‘pleasures’ of a delightful promenade, and that she should have a full benefit pension to do so.

            Oh, but you have forgotten safe sex Blagger. That is taught to all the kids in school from, what age? Where they are told it is all ‘normal’ and that the Jimmy Saviles’ of this world are only doing what comes naturally and how exciting it is as long as they are careful.

            And here is a theory on how this dreadful dsease was introduced to the human race.

    I read a much greater and much more
    All-of-Our-Lifesupports
    predicament,

    hiding between the lines
    of Maude’s reaction

    as well as of the ‘poem’ and Lord Hylton’s public-forwarding of it

    all three appreciated, and thank you.
    ———–
    Yet this is the trillion-times-daily and nightly ‘collateral’-predicament,
    throughout all human-civilisations and infrastructures,
    of:-
    birds trapped in cathedrals, many buildings;
    fishes imprisoned in glass-tanks;
    spiders trapped in kitchen-cupboards;
    moths slowly cooked to death by ‘peace-securing-lighting’;
    dolphins, albatrosses, ‘small-fry’, stifled and strangled to death by tuna-nets and the like;

    even the little ladybird condemned to the impossible hope of crawling to safety across a hot-tarred road
    along which are 24/7/52/Forever-and-Ever steam-rollering,
    ‘essential-service’ traffic- juggernauts
    so called “essential lifesupports” …

    and far further distant the most essential of all lifeforms on Earth has no refuge from the Insidikous Toxic Wastes being dumped and private-toilet-flushed into the Land’s run-off-waters
    and thereafter “naturally” being increasingly but ‘unconsciously’ imbibed by The Great Plankton Blooms and Coral-Sponges

    also internally-trapping the different shoals and lone-individuals of Edible-Fishes
    which are being increasingly loaded-up with irreversible poisons such as Mercury, Lead, Aluminium and “Toilet-Cleansing Bleaches”.

    our English “Christianity” just celebrated an Habitual “Harvest-Festival”.

    This topic ?

    a) Lord Hylton doesn’t indicate a topic
    (is perhaps doing a ‘pontius pilate’: “I find no guilt in this person; what does my Public think ?” ) ?

    b) the submissor (poet) appears to be safe, healthy, citizenlike, and environmentally-supported/ive and ‘democraticly’ connected
    enough to make contact with a known -international-human-rights and fair-governance Representative (Lord Hylton).

    c) Yet the intrinsic Topic is twofold
    i) The basic lifesupportive needs & hows of a human-being –
    [especially of one (as a Class) being grossly denied sufficient lifesupports and also being made to suffer and struggle like Tantalus for
    Asylum, Refugee or ‘Sanctuary’ welcome and legal-status] –
    are not being Stated

    nor is the Main-Body of such Refugee, Asylum, Sanctuary, Human-Status Needy
    able to register & connect with, and voice its needs & hows to any Effective Body of Other and ‘Legalised-&-Funded’ Human Beings.
    =======
    d) Meanwhile, millions of truly legalised and super-empowered and enriched Bodies of Human Beings
    (Establishments, Governments, Civil-Services, ‘Private’ Investors, Middle-Class salt-of-the-Earth)
    continue trying to draw and self-centredly-spend or hoard ever-increasing percentages of the Common Purse and of the Common Lifesupportive Environments of Civilised Earth,

    e) whilst at the Underclass other end of World Population,
    billions of humans are starving, unsheltered, governmentally and ‘private-sector’ played-with like Cannon-Fodder …
    ==========
    f) There is no Emulable-Leader
    anywhere in any Civilisation,
    simply because the existing “leaders, advocates, representatives, and public-heroes” are as dogs-in-mangers, usurpers;
    and are each and all being paid, and are ‘competitively’ drawing, multiple human livings from the Common Purse,
    yet are unable themselves to live as an emulable example off one-human-[living;
    which in turn makes it impossible for them to both ‘know’ and have life-experience-know-how (expertise) in having to survive off less than one-human-living
    AND at the same time
    To have to be striving to make ends meet off less than one-human-living
    AND
    having to fight to defend even that small pittance
    AND
    Unwelcomely to fight ‘peacefully’, ‘non-violently’,
    ‘cooperatively within The Law’ for a sufficient living ?
    xxxxxxxxxx
    Therefore,
    is it ‘within The Law’ to ‘table’, ask, or otherwise make known publicly,
    and to expect truthfully deliberated and scrutinised answers to,
    such questions as:-

    “What is, should be, and could be one-human-living ?”

    “Why does any human-being ‘need’ many more human-livings than just one ?”

    “Why do those drawing multiple-human-livings each Constitute Civilisation and Legislate such that billions of human-beings are born vel coerced into struggling to survive off less than one-human-living each ?”
    =======
    ? ? ? ? ? ? ?

    Mrs Theresa May is of heroine status after the extradition matter regarding Gary Mckinnon and the USA. And how trim and well groomed she was in that nice little jacket of hers. My estimation of her has been raised beyond belief for this. Even though I am well aware that Gary and his Mum are not out of the woods by a long shot.

    Mrs May used her intelligence to alter requirements without need for change to the law. What a clever girl.

    However, what had me reeling in disbelief was the opposition. I had not realised they were so pro our US involvement. That they, like Blair, are on their knees to Uncle Sam and want to steep us in their brutality is a total eye opener. I thought that was a staunch Tory thing. Just goes to show.

    What puzzles me in all this is, Labour claim to be liberal and the party of conscience. Yet here we have this creep, Alan Johnson, standing up and carping about not being in our best interests to thwart the USA. Got to keep the yanks happy and so on. B****r our people, b****r their right to not be sent to a country that combines agression with torture for commiting what may or may not be a crime here. Forget their human rights. We see it clearly, it’s not hidden and so collude in it by our silence. Akin to the Jimmy Savile carry on. See but deny.

    Take Bradley Manning for a start. He is twenty something and kept in a cell without human contact. His meals are passed through the hole in the door of his dungeon, no one speaks to him. He is forced to be naked as his life may be in danger from suicide. He never has sleep time as his light is constantly on and he is woken every hour. This is not justice, that is brutality of the worst kind.

    And this is what Labour feels is better than Jordan for prisoners.

    This Blairite crowd needs to be culled from our parliament altogether. As they are a menace to any civilised society. They should be extradited on trumped up charges held in secret. Where even their lawyers cannot be told what is being brought against them. Now that would be justice.

    This does not mean I am in love with the Conseervatives. But this lady has taken a step not just for the UK, but, for the entire world. Well done her. Step up to the plate Mrs. May. You deserve a gold medal.
