How soon could we parliamentary bloggers be graded according to
1) readable number of words in our blog/comment
2) newness or unfamiliarity of topic, supported by reference (e.g. for greater Enablement of The People, in a cooperative neighbourhood pre-political discussion institution, as prerequisite to further empowerment of The People further upwards into the unalterably entrenched competitive strata of politics (Barber 2003 “Strong Democracy: participatory politics for a new age)”; Toynbee & Walker2009 “Unjust Rewards: ending the greed that is bankrupting Britain
3) evaluation/prioritisation of the blog’s content; or forwarding to a more appropriate level or public-exposure Media ?
