The Week in Westminster

I thought I would take a leaf out of Iain Dale’s book (or rather blog) and announce when I am doing the occasional broadcast.

I will be on Radio 4′s The Week in Westminster this week (Saturday 11.00 a.m.), debating the White Paper on Lords reform with Chris Bryant MP. The presenter is Peter Riddell.

Great to put a voice to the face, Lord Norton !

And great to hear Peter Riddell signing off by referring to it [I paraphrase] as ‘a very lively debate, in inverse proportion to the chance of early implementation [of Lords Reform..]

I’m sure that will cheer everyone in the Lords up over the summer holidays ! Now let us just hope the ‘sun puts his hat on’ !
