For Peace in Europe

Lord Hylton

Monday 11th July was the anniversary of the Srebrenica Massacre, carried out in Bosnia in 1995.  I signed the Book of Remembrance in the House of Commons, and attended a Memorial Reception at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office.

Several survivors spoke of their memories of this, the most serious crime in a long process of persecution, expulsion and murder.  Just as we remember the victims of Hitler and Stalin, so it is important and necessary to commemorate those who died or were bereaved in the worst planned massacre in Europe since World War 2.

More important still is to work for future peace. One way of doing this is to enable Bosnia, Serbia and four neighbouring states to enter the EU. Please do all you can to help bring the whole of the Balkan region into the European Institutions. This is all the more needed at this time when the British Referendum vote has led to a sharp rise in hate crimes and attacks on Jews and Muslims and their places of worship here.

Peace is indivisible.

    Two factors, both longest-term-strategic and “top-priority-yesterday”
    but still being blindly ignored
    or “that’s someone else’s responsibility”

    1. Without implementing the “friendliest-possible” No-Lose Method III Needs & Hows Recognition and Cooperative Problem Solving as the First-Resort
    it becomes a chronicly-ongoing waste of time, human-effort and think-tank-costs
    to help “band-aid-ing” by doing all we can to override both Europe and Brexit by “bringing the whole of the Balkan region into the European Institutions” as your post calls us to again be doing.

    2. By now we (and especially You up there, houses-of-parliament members, should be deeply clear about the damage our English language is doing to the 7 billion+ human-minds of the world by defining that
    ” … most serious of crimes in a long process of persecution, expulsion, and murder …” as being

    We must also ‘ladder’ you upon your “Peace is indivisible”
    – stipulate what you mean, please:
    because Peace needs to be ever-controlledly, positively, and sustainworthily,
    [into balanced, affordable, ‘ecolonomicly’ peace-maintaining
    Sectors, Biomes, Continents …
    and an increasing ‘some’ would now hold
    consisting of sustainworthy-one-human-living-only-requiring
    individual humans. ]
    [I think that by this point one needs to be “giving-way”
    to other would-be seriously-participative=democratisation volunteers.
    Peace: jsdm]

    @ Lord Hilton,

    Brexit is Brexit. Let Europe work out how it wants to honour its history itself. To interfere is like the nosey neighbour next door constantly telling you, over the fence, how you should be trimming your garden and what trees to plant, and how as well as what colour you should be painting your house.

    Allow these adult and intelligent people to move forward as they would wish to do.

    The Balkan States are in the eye of the USA and their expansionist plots. I’m sure the people there can take care of their own foreign policies without our interference.

    Won’t work. It’s disintegrating. Who goes first? France or Italy. hmmm

    Far better that they join NATO, which has done the job.

      Well the fantasy is over. Brexit means Brexit is exactly as I envisaged with that heavily Remain cabinet. The same one pretending May is PM, when really its the heavy Remainer, Hammond. May is simply a face card tribute to political correctness and the feminist dupe. In other words, a beard.

    Lord Hylton,
    Blessed are the peacemakers. I am not naive and perhaps it is too obvious to say that I know you are not. Yet the work of peace which can never be fully realized or secure is endless and ongoing. Christ who spoke of fire and sword, who had enough swords at the last supper and admonished soldiers on proper behavior as soldiers was nonetheless truly the Prince of Peace radically committed to the effort. I believe your faith inspires your effort.

    These are bound to be trying times over the next few years and I know of no easy answers. But I admire your efforts to chart a thoughtful and effective course…

      Lord Hylton, if I may address another submissor direct, please :-

      Frank, in short, we all need to read and especially to both comprehend and practice somewhat “share-fully”, such modern advances as
      “Unlocking The Bible” [Pawson];
      “Biblical Non-Sense” [Long];
      “The Dark Side of Christian History” [Ellerbe].

      The point I wish to have seriously-scrutinised, and ongoingly even “exhaustively” so, follows on,
      and from what the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst advised
      [not necessarily “instructed” or “taught” us Intake 1 cadets] was
      “You are now going out to both keep World Peace and, whenever need be, to make it first;
      and you need to remember that the way to a people’s heart is through religion – THEIR religion ”

      we need the most high
      and at the same time the most populous “masses”
      of religious-believers
      [and of “non-believers” “agnostics” “atheists” and “humanists”]
      to ever open theirselves to scrutinising their Religion and all other “domains” of their internal and external “faiths” and Lives.

      A guideline-question or all Peoples,
      “How are you achieving ‘No-Lose’ Cooperative Problem Solving, all together; how could you either improve that yourselves ?
      or share it with other People more effectively ?”
      And one for Christians:
      “What exactly and in detail are we to understand, and take on as our Responsibility and Response-Ability, the advice of Christ that
      [“] Whatsoever sin you commit against God the Creator or against the Redeemer, may be forgiven you;
      but the sin you commit against the Holy Spirit may never be forgiven you ?” ?

        Miles JSD,
        You brought up your own background. So I respond by giving you a little window into mine as regards peace. Not the whole picture — just a glimpse.

          Peace is not, I repeat ‘not’ reliant on NATO or Trident. If it was we would not see war raging throughout the world presently and in Europe at this very moment.

          First, Trident is unusable and those who have war in mind know it. It is a gross waste of public money. There are so many nuclear basis throughout the world, this additional weapon is totally unnecessary.

          It cannot be used without the agreement of and assistance of the USA. How ridiculous is that? It is allied to the will of those not part of our nation and we, the tax payer, are footing the bill for a weapon of mass destruction to be used at the will of other nations. How much exactly are we forking out to the US economy on these obsolete notions simpletons running this country keep telling us is imperative.

          Do they mention the bill we continue paying the US for WWI, etc.? Then there are their NATO fees. That same NATO which includes Turkey, prone to coups, as is the war in the Ukraine. Those same coups generated by NATO. Remember, it’s that organisation that is keeping us safe and ‘free’ from war, whilst it instigates mischief through the back door. That is a self perpetuating organisation and its greatest fear is of becoming extinct. Those who will lose their extensive emoluments will make sure nothing changes on that front.

          Please, do stop this nonsense spread with the same propaganda served seventy years ago. Here shows how many of these nuclear bases are around the world. How many more do we need to finish us all off?

          Here are a couple of very serious links to learn the reality of Trident and how they are spilling their poisonous waste on your doorstep.

          Then who can do the trick. Could it be at the will of Dr Strangelove?

          And here we see how much we still fork out to keep the US in a ‘special relationship’ and up our nose with a ring that holds a rope to make dragging us around an easy task.

          The US is a costly tart, but, what does she do that makes it so good? Can you imagine Clinton or Trump with a nuclear button in their pocket, as is frequently spouted about Carter’s reckless foible.

          Frank, your “little window” turns out to be very voluminous !

          perhaps maude’s response sets weapons where they should be
          namely amongst the Warmaking Components
          of the prevailing Adversary-militancy win-lose-Human-Civilisation that evidently destructively-dominates practically all Life upon this Earth;
          not as Peace-builders.

          Peace requires at least Individual & Mutual ‘cooperatively win-win-win’ Holistic Health building;

          which in turn would include Strategic Information Sharing, Focused-Conversation, Cooperative-Discussion and Scrutiny, at every ‘level’of every ‘People’,

          prior to these same People being “bums-rushed”, “railroaded”, “red-herringed”, “you don’t need to know”, and other negative-and-negativising manipulations, into
          “democraticly-fair win-lose political debates and so-called ‘public-debating’.

          “Personal Backgrounds” need to primarily up-front state current-allegiances, persuasions, and collective intentions.

          {Mine is to those life-leaders shown in the Basics pages of not-for-profit and .
          and my “person” has nothing whatsoever to do with what those leaders stand for,}
          Lord Hylton, perhaps my previous (second) public-information-&-reasoning submission had to be suppressed:
          so I’ve published it through one or both of the above not-for-profit, power, nor prestige “voluntary-Earth-citizens” websites.

    “I signed the Book of Remembrance….”

    Malachi 3:16–18 says, “Then those who feared the LORD spoke to one another, and the LORD gave attention and heard it, and a book of remembrance was written before Him for those who fear the LORD and who esteem His name. ‘They will be Mine,’ says the LORD of hosts, ‘on the day that I prepare My own possession, and I will spare them as a man spares his own son who serves him. So you will again distinguish between the righteous and the wicked, between one who serves God and one who does not serve Him.’”

    The Conflict was between Orthodox Christian Serbs, Catholic Croats and Muslim Bosniaks, two Trinitarian religions that can’t agree the relationship between God and Jesus Christ with the other operating in denial of both and the Holy Trinity.

    The Muslims of the region are trapped like most that live in non Islamic countries unable to convert to Trinitarian Christianity because of a belief in the one true God and his messenger.

    The English Parliament created a civilian law that came into conflict with a religious (filioque) law that removed the Holy Ghost from Jesus Christ by removing Him from the essence of God in the Trinity.

    Under this religious law any denial of God is a denial of Jesus Christ and any Church that denies Jesus Christ cannot hold itself to be Christian. Yet, the Church of England appears to function normally. This is because the true nature of the Second Reform Church of England has yet to manifest itself.

    If it accepts that Jesus Christ was the adopted Son of God then by God’s will all shall witness the rebirth of Jesus Christ into the rebirth of Arian Christianity. Christ is just an ordinary man. Islamic religious scholars would need to work with Arians to ensure that the two religions didn’t significantly conflict one another. There’d be no Holy Trinity and Muslims would be free to choose a messenger.

    If it accepts by the will of the English Parliament that Orthodox Christianity should prevail then the Holy Trinity is God in three persons, Father, Son and Holy Spirit with the Holy Spirit coming alone from God the Father. Celibacy is required so all existing clerics would go. Divorce is not allowed. All women clerics would go. The Church would hold no hierarchy so by the will of God her Majesty the Queen as religious leader would become redundant. Asceticism would be required of clerics and a Patriarch would be chosen.

    By the will of the English Parliament creator and destroyer of Gods the Russian Federation would become the protector of this Church as William of Orange and his army once was the Protector of the First Reform Church of England.

      What you have written here shows how there can be no such voice named blasphemy.

      As, to believe in one religion is to disregard all others. To quote from the Christian Bible, which tells us there is but one true God, by that very act you are disregarding and disrespecting all other beliefs.

      To flaunt a one God ethic you demean the belief in any other. That is according to our politically correct ethos of insanity we bend beneath in today’s world.

      Dear Frank,

      I am so sorry this post of mine came as a reply to you on this thread. I have no idea how that happened as it was not meant to. Sometimes my typing goes completely astray as I get carried away with speed.

      I accept your views as we are all different in our thinking and feeling. None if what I wrote was directed your way in any respect, and if I offended please know I apologies.

      Best wishes,

      PS My feeling remains the same. WMD’s are an enormous waste of tax payers money, as well as an evil invention that was regretted greatly by the scientist who found the formula. He said he had created a monster. Not only that, they are a dupe on the world population, unless, they are selling the idea we should be ruled by madmen, such as the one we newly have, telling us, in her ‘first’ PMQ’s she would indeed use them. I wonder if she was a mother would she say that? With those words, she threatened all the women in this world who have children and grandchildren, with their extinction.

      I feel anyone making such a ghastly statement should be taken to a court of law after being charged with intent to commit crimes against humanity.

      And a lesser evil.

  7. MilesJSD
    26/07/2016 at 6:39 am

    What if those supporting WMD had already and primarily constituted, legislated, and participatorily-implemented, or at least exhaustively-trialled:
    the ‘No Lose’ Method III
    of Needs & Hows Recognition and Cooperative Problem Solving ?

    The point here. good people, is that whatever other Peace-Building-and-Maintaining methodologies are or have-been in use,
    clearly they still fail, and bottom-lines miserably so.

    I have yet to find, or be guided to, a site where
    (1) a detailed historic record of the ‘No Lose’ Method III’s applications and results
    [original guidance was by Dr Thomas Gordon in a series “Leader/Teacher/Parent Effectiveness Training” books];
    (2) a similarly detailed record of all other Peace-Methodologies,
    tried and untried,
    is both published and kept up-to-date.

    Dear Maude

    Reading the bible is a source of great comfort and the Berean Study Bible offers up to date language. Take Galatians 3:10 for example.

    So those who have faith are blessed along with Abraham, the man of faith. All who rely on works of the Law are under a curse. For it is written: “Cursed is everyone who does not continue to do everything written in the Book of the Law.” And it is clear that no one is justified before God by the Law, because, “The righteous will live by faith.”

    Do you feel cursed?

    I want you to imagine an Islam sixteen hundred years ago widespread in Europe especially in Germany and France but centred on Rome.

    The Imam/Caliphate wants the prophet Mohammed to be part of God in a Holy Trinity but the faithful many millions of them accept the prophet only as a mortal messenger. On pain of death Rome stamps it authority and the faithful of Islam are driven to Jihad against the Roman Empire. Replace Muslim by Arian and see another truth.

    The trap set by the Latin Filioque was if an Arian did not accept Jesus Christ as part of God then God was denied. Now it works in reverse with Jesus Christ protecting God from the cursed that defy him.

    An unholy trinity of Parliaments: England, Scotland and Canada destroyed the Protestant Church by redefining the Holy Trinity.

    On 16 June 2016 the Canadian Parliament obtained Royal Assent on Bill C-14. The cursed allowed Dr Josef Mengele to legally thrust a spear into the side of a man taking too long to die.

    Dear All Readers,
    If this topic of “Peace In Europe” has a major make-or-break dependency on Inter-Religious-Reconciliation
    then we should all read-up, at least ‘dip-into’, the following reasonably recent and sober publications :-
    “Unlocking The Bible” by David Pawson;
    “Biblical Nonsense” by Jason Long;
    “Why There Is No ‘GOD'” by Armin Navari;
    “Anatomy of Spirit” by Caroline Myss.
    Daedelus, I would like to ‘ladder’ you on your categorical statement that “reading the bible is a source of great comfort”:
    and may we infer that “the Bible is a source of great comfort” ?
    and if so what would be the implied suffering that seeks such comfort ?
    We still need to resolve or correct Lord Hylton’s ‘one-foot-frozen-in-mid-air’ closing ‘passed-parcel’
    “Peace is indivisible.”

    ( … I give way)

    • maude elwes

      @ Daedalus

      No, I don’t feel cursed. Driven, yes.

      To me the Bible is a book of historical content written as a direction to Judaism. It is interesting and in many ways enlightening. The teaching of Jesus sprung from the old testament. The waiting for a Messiah. His philosophy was and is greatly underrated. However, I feel it is enveloped within the workings of the human desire for goodness to prevail, but, that until this day, is thwarted by nature. In that we, as animals of creation, cannot stray too far from our inbred instinct for survival.

      We may call on a higher power in an act of humility, longing for deliverance and the power of goodness to surround us, but, nature, or what is referred to as Satan, takes over too frequently to change the natural lure of the beast we are.

      @ Miles JSD:

      Peace cannot be the result of political back door policies when those very policies are working against it. And war is the underlying cry as it is a huge money making interest. As well as a culling of the animal. Great individual wealth is attained by the progress of war. Mankind may wish for peace and harmony, however, by stealth, they are led to ‘vote’ for mayhem.

      Here is some ‘truthful’ history, confirmed by release of old CIA documents. Make of them what you will. No matter your analysis, we, the people, have been misled for decades. As I have been spouting for so long, we are under the thumb of foreign warriors who hide under an organisation called NATO.

  10. Daedalus
    01/08/2016 at 3:29 pm

    Dear Miles

    The word Islam translates to Peace. Islam divided because of the legacy of Ali. The antonym of peace is war. Islam is at war with itself. Peace is contradictory.

    The attempted genocide in the Balkans had little or nothing to do with religion but had everything to do with power, weapons and revenge with the combatants falling into three religious groups.

    The view taken by the Romans was simple. If Jesus Christ was to be worshipped as well as God then Christ would become a demigod and this would amount to polytheism. To get around the problem Jesus became part of a single God composed of three parts in trinity.

    When the Arian Jesus Christ is placed within the context of Islam he’s no longer a demigod but a messenger. He becomes Isa Rasullalah (Jesus Messenger of God) and the Prophet Muhammad is demoted to Caliph Muhammad Rasullalah the successor of Jesus Christ. Isa has no connection with God other than to be his messenger.

    You might notice that Caliph al-Baghdadi/Ibrahim does not append the word Rasullalah to his title. Yet he brings a new message to Islam one that says Islam has failed him as he and his followers have failed Islam. Why would Allah allow this?

    Opportunity is the answer. As he drives the faithful away from Islam he carries them toward Isa Rasullalah. This is Allah’s purpose. Why should Allah not destroy him? Because the living Baghdadi reveals that the Prophet Muhammad was jealous and chose his followers to refrain from listening to the message of Isa Rasullalah.

    As penance Caliph al-Baghdadi must build the new Arian Church.

    The comfort the bible brings with Galatians 3:10 is that lawmakers are free of the curse if they have faith. Faith imparts to the lawmaker a morality that comes from a reasonable view of religion. For the faithful to sit amongst the cursed is a curse in itself.

    maude, and Daedalus;
    Comprehending all that you have been saying is going to take (me) many hours.

    Meanwhile, the only hope I can see, and hypothesise upon, can be condensed: “A Nation, Community, ‘Church’, Group, of People

    Successful range of Movements is the first essential for every Lifeform; especially for we “distinctive” human-beings
