The paper would have headlines, features etc. I say this because of the Norton push down effect. Sometimes the effect is so great that others are pushed beyond the last page boundary very quickly giving no time for others to read the post. If we had 50 peers blogging some might become grumpy at the prospect of ending up in the bit bucket too often. Its a male thing!
